1. How do I place an order?

Since our website has no online order function, so orders are made via emails. 🙂

1. Please let me know what products you need, and the quantity for each product.
2. We will offer you a best price with shipping cost immediately.
3. If you think the price is workable for you, then you could choose a payment method to make the payment. (we could accept west union, money gram, bank transfer and Bitcoin)
4. Your parcel will be packaged and sent our within 12 hours after your payment confirmed
5. Tracking number and packing picture will be provided within 36 hours after parcel sent out.
6. You often receive you parcel within about 6 days after your payment.

2. Is there a minimum order amount limit?

The moq for powder is 10g. The moq for semi oil is 100ml.

3. Is there a discount on bulk orders?

Of course. Big discount once your order arrives at a certain amount.We offer different kinds of seasonal sales and promotions.

4. How do i pay?

We accept Western union, Money Gram, Bank wire and Bitcoin payment methods.

5. Is package very discreet?

Yes, it is. We have a professional team to customize packages and exprienced forwarder to arrange stealth shipping. No related pharmaceutial names are used in our shipments. Packaging types and are changed constantly to achieve max delivery success. Parcel can be packed if you have own ideal way.

7. Do you have a tracking number for my package?
   All orders have a tracking number for your convenience.

8. Do you have re-ship policy?

We re-ship 100% package to USA, UK, Canada, EU countries when package doesn’t clear customs or is lost/broken, 50% value of package to Brazil. Due to the strict government policies, we don’t reship to Australia and New Zealand.

9. Do you ship to PO boxes parcel lockers?

YES, we could ship to PO boxes parcel lockers!

10. Is a signature required on arrival?

If you use PO BOX or parcel lockers address, then you can avoide to sign for the parcels. If you use home address, company addresses, then the signature is required because we are shipping via registered mail. But you don’t need to worry on this point, when you are signing a package this means it passed the customs,so we assure you it is safe.
